We had such a great experience at this location. Shirin was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get us into a room last minute for the weekend. We had called several hotels across Orlando and every single one denied us early check-in, but Shirin and the team here were extremely accommodating with all of our needs and requests. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the entire check-in process was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again even if it’s a little farther out because the service and hospitality were truly outstanding. Highly recommend!
Great rooms. Plenty of outlets to charge. They have EV charging. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was clean. They have a hair dryer. Coffee in the room. Microwave and fridge. Great for the price.
This is my third stay at this hotel, and let me tell you, it has changed for better from prior stays. I even comented it to the front desk lady, and she told me they have a new manager that is on top of everything making sure everybody is happy. They are all very nice here and the rooms are so spacious and clean. I am coming again in 3 months and I will be reporting here again, but so far so good!
Clean and comfortable room. Laundry room was an added convenience that we happily took advantage of with wet clothes. Attendants at check in were quick and courteous, area around the hotel felt safe and parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing over the top. We’d definitely stay again!
The breakfast here was extremely diverse and equally delicious. Waking up in the morning to such a selection was a great start to my morning! The rooms offered a sense of peace that most hotel rooms fail to get.
Extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a rough time figuring out a stay late in the night, after an emergency, and Shirin (I believe it was spelled) was excellent help, and super kind. She fit us in really last minute, and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing person, and an amazing asset to the company! All of the staff were just as awesome, and the complimentary breakfast was a great spread. 5/5
The check in/out was smooth. The room was clean and fresh smelling and what you’d expect. Breakfast was nice it was Buffett style if eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, cereal and yogurt.
